This was our first time buying a car online without seeing it in person, and we were a bit nervous. However, Raphael was fantastic! He gave us a video tour of the car, described the process and the car arrived exactly as described. The paperwork was smooth (all done via email) and we received the carte grise through the post. Would definitely recommend.

What a joy to have had the chance to buy a vehicle from Mr. Antonio! This person was very responsive from the first contact. Following the appointment to view and test drive the vehicle, the support was perfect, clearly outlining both the advantages and disadvantages; in this case, there was a minor issue that was clearly explained. So there were no surprises. They also provided assistance with all my questions regarding the vehicle's operation and setup, such as phone connectivity and other vehicle-specific features (I own a T-Roc). They then followed up on the registration process without me needing to call back or chase them by phone or message. I highly recommend them.
