This was our first time buying a car online without seeing it in person, and we were a bit nervous. However, Raphael was fantastic! He gave us a video tour of the car, described the process and the car arrived exactly as described. The paperwork was smooth (all done via email) and we received the carte grise through the post. Would definitely recommend.

In complete transparency, negative comments obviously scare me like anyone else. But ultimately it was a pleasant meeting. MR Raphaël Antonio, was attentive, patient despite the long responses from the banks, does not put pressure to recover the money and is serious. It's a first purchase for me, I didn't know anything about it, he takes the time to explain the steps to follow, offers us guarantees which can reassure us with a used vehicle obviously (he doesn't force the subscription like would definitely) and he is available when we have a question or anything else. The vehicle was in impeccable condition, clean and well maintained (I hope that the rest will be just as good, that there will be no mechanical or other problems), there were some scratches that bothered me that it to be removed with pleasure. To conclude, I was skeptical and a little worried about purchasing a used vehicle, but for now I am reassured and satisfied. I recommend this garage and would happily return if I make a new purchase in the future.
